Ron Johnson, Senior Vice President, Deposit Services
Over 30 years in commercial banking. Ron has experience as an Operations Administrator, and has held senior management positions in Information Systems, Project Management, Systems Conversions, and Centralized Core and Item Processing. Ron brings extensive knowledge of Policy Development, Training, and Production Dynamics. Ron attended Los Angeles Valley College.
Denise Mattice, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
30 years in banking and credit unions. Denise has held positions including, VP, Branch Manager and VP, Regional Manager Branch Operations. Denise has developed and implemented sales cultures and managed the operations at both the Branch and Regional level. Denise has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Craig Burdette, Vice President, Sr. Commercial Loan Analyst/SBA Manager 9 years in commercial banking. Craig is an experienced loan underwriter, and an SBA Loan specialist. He has served as a Commercial Loan Analyst, Corporate Loan Officer, SBA Portfolio Banker, and SBA Loan Operations Manager for small commercial banks. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance degree from California State University at San Bernardino.
Tim Pickinpaugh, Information Systems Director
8 years of experience in the information technology industry, Tim Pickinpaugh has held positions as Project Manager, Systems Administrator, Applications Specialist and Lead Engineer. Tim has extensive experience implementing and supporting new technology in the most critical working environments. He has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and is currently attending the University of Redlands School of Business.
